New Version of AccountLink

In April we will be releasing a new version (3.4.52) of our AccountLink software. 

AccountLink bi-directionally synchronises data between Commence and your MYOB data file. 

This means you can edit, or add new companies, products and transactions in Commence, and AccountLink will make the same edits, and add any new items into MYOB. Also you can edit or add new companies, products and transactions in MYOB and AccountLink will make the same edits, and bring any new items into Commence.

You can set up AccountLink to run manually or automatically (say every night) - picking up new company information, products and invoices without you having to worry about it.

The new version of AccountLink includes several new features

• Streamlined integration with latest versions of MYOB Premier and MYOB Accounting Plus; 
• One step installation using the latest version of Microsoft Installer
• Enhanced synchronisation of the Contact name between MYOB and Commence
• Redesigned interface, which has separate status areas for Companies, Products and Transactions. 
• Updated main program widow, which includes new warning and error messages as well as a new program icon
• Enhancements to logging
• Automatic detection of successful installation
• Fully configurable sync directions.
