At the end of last year, we hinted that we will have some exciting
announcements - we are delighted to now be able to offer an additional
CRM solution: Microsoft Business Solutions CRM. Our engineers
have now been fully trained and certified on the products, and we are
ready to assist with your requirements.
In conjunction with the introduction of Microsoft CRM, we are
working on a new version of AccountLink, the tool to bi-directionally
synchronise data between your CRM package and MYOB. As well as many
new enhancements, AccountLink will also work with Microsoft CRM.
We have not forgotten our valued Commence customers, and we are
still totally committed to the Commence solution. Look out for
information about the next version of Commence, version 3.1: we
preview a couple of the new features in this issue. Also, read our
technical desk article for all you ever wanted to know about doing a
Mail Merge with Commence.

Microsoft have now appointed Advanced User Systems as a Microsoft
CRM Certified Software Advisor. This means we can now offer the
Microsoft CRM solution, backed by full installation, consulting,
support and training services. Microsoft CRM has been receiving
intense market interest, and we are excited to be able to provide this
emerging technology to our customers.
