exciting new features coming in Commence RM version 3.1, including new

CRM Certified Software Advisor. This means we can now offer the
Microsoft CRM solution, backed by full installation, consulting,
support and training services. Microsoft CRM has been receiving
intense market interest, and we are excited to be able to provide this
emerging technology to our customers.

Technical Desk - Setting Up Workgroup
Expert
Workgroup Expert allows your
system/database administrator, to quickly and easily monitor the
"health" of the Commence Workgroup. We encourage our
customers to make use of Workgroup Expert (which is included at no
charge with Commence), and this article provides a tutorial on
installing and setting up this valuable tool.

We have found that many Commence customers are not aware of this
simple yet powerful built-in feature to schedule repeating
appointments, meetings, or anniversaries. This article provides
