has now established a knowledgebase on its web site, located at http://sales.commence.com/
CommenceKB/default.aspx.
The Knowledgebase, known as "CommenceKB",
contains hundreds of articles to help you with Commence installations
and frequently asked questions. You can browse CommenceKB under
various categories such as FAQ, Installation or Documentation.
CommenceKB also provides convenient icons to convert
the online article to a printer friendly format for easy output to
hard copy. You can also email an article to up to 5 recipients, along
with your comments, and articles can be voted on to indicate their
relevance and how useful they are.
Perhaps the most common use of CommenceKB, will be the
search feature. Go to http://sales.commence.com/CommenceKB/search.aspx#ikb_SearchResults,
then you can input your search criteria, including the string and the
categories to search. You can also control how the search is
performed, and how far far back to search through CommenceKB.

The CommenceKB service is available 24 hours per day,
7 days a week at no charge. This will help our clients to quickly find
information they need for common tasks. Of course, for more difficult
questions, customers on a maintenance or support plan can contact one of
our engineers for assistance in solving their question.
