The big news in this issue is new releases. Commence are about to
release Commence RM 3.1, and Microsoft have announced some of the
features that will be in the next release of their CRM product. We
provide information on the features in both of these updates.

Commence RM 3.1 is being released in the US this month, and
internationally very soon after. There are many new features, some of
the highlights being new Windows support and Outlook interoperability,
ActiveX Controls in Detail Forms, Report Wizard, Organisational Chart
and Sales Funnel.
