Commence RM Maintenance and Support

New with Commence RM is product maintenance which provides free updates and basic technical support for 12 months.

As new versions of Commence RM are released, customers on maintenance will receive the benefits of the new features and enhancements, free of charge. Customers on maintenance are also able to receive any minor patches that are released, free of charge.

On top of that, we can help you to quickly resolve your usage questions with basic technical support, which is included with maintenance. Questions on entering data, editing data, formatting views, synchronising, using Commence with other supported desktop applications producing reports and printing are all covered under basic technical support.

Commence RM Maintenance offers great value at less than the current cost of an upgrade; and you will get ALL upgrades for 12 months for free, plus basic technical support. Commence RM Maintenance is offered to customers at the time of purchase of Commence RM or when purchasing an upgrade from a previous version.

We also provide a number of Corporate Support Plans for clients that would prefer the option of buying new versions as they are released. These vary from multiple incident plans to time based plans.

Of course, all customers are entitled to free installation support.  AUS provides a 30 day period of initial installation support from your date of purchase. This service is intended to assist you through your first installation.
