AccountLink 4.1 Supports Latest MYOB Versions

AccountLink is a powerful tool to move CRM data automatically between your CRM system and MYOB. This means that company, product and invoice data is always kept synchronised and up to date between the two packages.

With AccountLink you can add Customers in your CRM system, and they will automatically appear in MYOB. You can also add Customer Cards in MYOB and they will automatically be transferred to your CRM system. No more double handling of data entry, saving time and reducing  errors!

The same applies to products and invoices, so for example, all Account Managers have a complete record of invoices for a customer, immediately available from their CRM system. All staff have up to date information available to them.

MYOB has now released MYOB Premier v10 and MYOB Accounting v16, and AccountLink v4.1 will support the new features in these MYOB releases, as well as adding many new features.

MYOB Releases

The 2006 releases of MYOB (Premier v10, Accounting Plus v16) include many exciting new features, but one of the most important is the new ODBC v6 drivers, which allow packages such as AccountLink to integrate data with MYOB.

With these new ODBC drivers come facilities to better manage the data transfer process, and provide fast data throughput.

AccountLink v4.1 has been modified to take advantage of the new features in the ODBC v6 driver, with major improvements to the handling of record identification and faster data transfer. A new record mapping table has been added to provide greater user control over the data transfer process.

AccountLink v4.1

Along with support for the latest MYOB ODBC drivers, there are other new features that are being added in AccountLink v4.1, making it more configurable and providing an enhanced user experience.

Some of the new data features include

  • Transfer all records, for a complete transfer of all data, either from CRM or from MYOB

  • Transfer selected records

  • Improved management of records that could not be transferred

  • Custom field mapping for Microsoft CRM

  • Control over synchronisation of contact information

There are also many new user interface features, including

  • Verification of login settings during configuration

  • Display of last synchronisation date and time

  • Additional user feedback on first run, informing the user of the transfers that AccountLink will perform

  • Optionally display log while running, improving user feedback

AccountLink 4.1 is due to be released in January 2007, and will initially support Microsoft CRM 3.0.

In the meantime, AccountLink 4.0 is also fully compatible with the latest MYOB releases, and is available for immediate download from our web site.
